Insurance Information
Thank you for choosing Taguchi Women's Clinic. Our goal is to provide our patients with the ultimate experience in women's healthcare. An important part of this goal is to make the cost of your care as easy and as manageable as possible for our patients.
We accept most commercial insurance policies for payment. Some of the more common insurance carriers we accept are Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Cigna, Assurant Health, Coventry Health Care, First Health (Coventry Health Care), GEHA Health Plans, Golden Rule, Great West HealthCare, Healthsmart, Humana Health, HealthChoice, Multiplan PHCS, CC/SMC/WebTPA, and Stillwater Collaborative Care. If you are a new patient, we no longer accept United Health Care or UMR, Aetna or Medicare. If you have insurance with any of these companies and you do not know or are not sure whether we accept your insurance coverage, please call your insurance carrier and ask if Dr. Taguchi or Taguchi Women's Clinic is listed as a provider and is in or out of network. We advise you to also call our office at 405-372-6246 and talk with one of our team members to determine if we can accept your insurance.
