Note: for new patients, we no longer accept United Health Care, UMR, Aetna, or Medicare. If you're unsure whether we accept your coverage, please call your insurance carrier to confirm Dr. Taguchi is listed as an in-network provider, and call our office at (405) 372-6246 to confirm as well.
We also have a few self-pay options for services either not covered by your insurance policy or if you don't have insurance coverage.
